How to Play FNAF 2
Vents and Hallways
The animatronics can reach you through two side vents or the main hallway in front of you. You must use your vent lights to check for characters like Toy Bonnie and Toy Chica. If someone is peering in, you must react with the mask or the light within one second.
Dealing with the Withered Versions
The game features old, withered robots that are much more aggressive than the new Toy versions. These characters often move when you are looking at other cameras to catch you off guard. Withered Bonnie and Withered Chica will appear directly in your office and force you to put the mask on. You must learn their specific audio cues to know when they are near.
Handling Battery Thieves
Balloon Boy is a new character who does not attack you directly but steals your light batteries. If he enters your office, your flashlight will stop working for the rest of the night. This makes it impossible to stop Foxy from attacking you from the hallway. You must keep him out of the vents at all costs to survive the later nights.
